I’ve discovered that where and what you’ve studied isn’t as important as what you’ve learnt and what you can do. My qualifications are BA, BEd, HDE, DAL, D.Litt, RPT, DIHOM and certificates in energy medicine. I studied at UCT, Fort Hare, KU, NAPT and BIH (in South Africa, USA and UK). I’ve worked as associate professor of English, sociology, complementary medicine and arts-medicine. I’m an entrepreneur, a homeopath, a poet and a coach. In the USA, I’m registered as a poetry therapist and in the UK I’m registered as a homeopath, coach and counsellor.; I’ve learnt that simplicity, frankness and kindness solve many problems. I know that most of us don’t apply these to ourselves. Yet it’s easy to do, in respect of oneself and others. I can create a poem, read voluntary and involuntary communication signals, create group spirit, read a body’s energetic health and advise accordingly, make financial decisions and listen intelligently.; I can assist people who want to move along the path of growth, desire better health and want to change their patterns of living.; The rationale of how I operate is to be found in NLP, poetry therapy and theory of systems. My strength is intuitive acuity, my weakness terse succinctness.

The University of Pretoria established two campus entities in 2000 following a strategic decision to develop a formal structure to organise its interaction with the private sector and government. These two entities – Business Enterprises at University of Pretoria (Pty) Ltd and Continuing Education at University of Pretoria Trust – ensured that the University’s external research and continuing education activities could be managed from a business foundation to generate additional income for the University and its personnel. Enterprises at University of Pretoria Trust was formally founded in 2008, and became operational as the official corporate holding entity for the Group.

In January 2016, the three companies were consolidated into one company – Enterprises University of Pretoria (Pty) Ltd – with the University of Pretoria as the sole beneficiary.

An overview of the annual activities of all the entities in the company reflects the magnitude of investment through many hours of dedicated effort and venture funding in a complex platform of diverse outputs. By utilising embedded knowledge, combined with an ethical business approach, an environment of credible growth is ensured, supported by the excellence for which its contributors are known.

Community involvement – through corporate social investment and enterprise development activities – affirms the company’s commitment to its values and mission. Enterprises University of Pretoria works closely with initiatives that support social upliftment and entrepreneurial ventures. 2009 like 2008 was another difficult trading year for most of the retail industry. The Sales and Merchandising sector was particularly hard hit to the extent many of our competitors “closed their doors”. As a result, there are now only two truly dedicated and national general merchandising companies servicing the entire chain store environment - one being SRS. In 2009 SRS concentrated its efforts on service delivery to its existing clients. This paid off. It strengthened our relationships, improved our overall performance and positioned us to reach our goals. Indicators predict 2010 will continue to be challenging. We believe SRS will benefit from our industry-leading service levels, high staff motivation and the optimistic atmosphere surrounding the 2010 football world cup. Our goal this year will be to focus fully on consolidating our existing client base to ensure we play our part in meeting their needs and objectives. Our National Footprint enables us to reach further and give you the support and service that you expect!
